Spacious double room with King Size bed. Room is situated at the back of the house so very quiet and is South facing so gets lovely natural light. Lots of storage including chest of draws, wardrobe, shelving and a bed side table.
Shared Facilities -
House features a large kitchen with white goods (2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and large gas stove).
Large shared lounge with dining table, TV, three large sofas and bay window looking out onto Bristol.
Two shared bathrooms, one with freestanding bathtub and one with shower. Both have toilets, sinks, mirrors and heated towel rails.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED - this includes fast WIFI, council tax, heating, water bills and also a cleaner who comes once every two weeks to clean communal areas.
About us -
Four young professionals working in Consulting, Medicine and Software engineering.
Two of us work from home so desk space in communal areas is limited. Therefore, if you also work from home, you might also need to fit a desk in your room.
We are all friends from uni/ work but a very open and welcoming group. All tenants aged between 26-29 but are open to living with younger or older professionals.
We like to cook together when we can, watch films etc… very sociable, so get in touch if you’re interested :)
