​We have a room freeing up in our 3-bedroom house in Hanham, available to move into from July 17th.

The bedroom currently comes furnished with a single bed, mattress, a desk, and a shelf. However, if you already have your own furniture, we’re more than happy to remove these items so you can make the space your own.

You’ll be sharing the house with two professional guys (aged 29 and 33). We are clean, easygoing, and really want the house to feel relaxed and welcoming. We are looking for someone who wants to treat this as a proper home, not just a bedsit to crash in.

​You’ll be stepping onto the tenancy with us, which means you’ll be on equal footing and have a full say in how the house is run.

It’s a great house with plenty of shared space. We have a large kitchen equipped with a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and an ice machine. There is also a good-sized, comfortable living room, a nice back garden, and a shared bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Plus, we have an extra spare room that we currently use for storage and as a board game room.

The house is in a highly convenient spot in Hanham. We are literally right next to a bus stop, and the 44 bus makes getting around Bristol super easy. For essentials, there is a Co-op just a 10-minute walk away. If you like getting outside, there is also a forest just down the path on the bus stop side of the road.
