Double room available in a friendly 4-bedroom house just off Gloucester Road, available from 1st October.

I’m moving out to live with a friend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and join the three girls already here. We’re a really social house and love going to the pub, going out, heading off on adventures and weekends away, but we’re just as happy having a film night, watching Netflix and having a cosy one at home.

The house itself is spacious and has a large garden, big kitchen, living room and separate dining room with bifold doors opening straight onto the garden, as well as two bathrooms. There’s also plenty of street parking with no permit required.

The bedroom is a really good size, with loads of storage thanks to the built-in cupboards and wardrobe, and it also comes with a desk.

Location-wise, it’s just off Gloucester Road, so there are loads of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Lidl and Aldi are around an 8-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop about 4 minutes from the end of the road with great links around the city.

And finally, the house comes with Figgy, a friendly ragdoll cat who enjoys chilling and being fed.
