About the house it is a 2 bed flat with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The room advertised it says single but it is bigger than usual single UK rooms , got 2 windows for sun and fresh air.
This home got a good sunny vibes and got a good size balcony as well. That what I like about it.
Most importantly all the amenities nearby.
Cabot circus is just 5 minutes walk away.
About the bill top on rent will be around 130 to 150 ( depends)
Water bill is 6 monthly.

Looking for a flatmate who is kind , clean and organized.
Would prefer a vegetarian/ vegan please.
Would be great if working full time.
