We’re looking for a friendly fourth housemate to join our lovely home on Toronto Road! 🏡

The room is a compact double bedroom with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelving, making it ideal for studying or working from home. Although it’s one of the smaller rooms in the house, it offers more storage than the photos suggest and is a really cosy space. If you need additional storage, there’s also space available under the staircase.

The shared living areas are one of the best parts of the house. There’s a cosy, comfortable and open-plan living room which flows into a large kitchen, creating a great social space to relax, cook or spend time together. The kitchen includes both a washing machine and dishwasher, and large glass doors lead out onto a lovely patio/garden, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or warmer evenings.

The house has one spacious bathroom with a large shower.

The location is fantastic. A Tesco Express is less than a five-minute walk away, along with other local amenities. There are excellent transport links nearby, with bus stops just a short walk from the house providing easy access to both Bristol city centre and UWE.

You’ll be living with three friendly, sociable female housemates aged 21–22:

• Two recently graduated professionals (a physiotherapist and a nurse).
• One UWE Master’s student studying Sport and Exercise Psychology.

We’re a relaxed and welcoming household who enjoy chatting, cooking together and occasionally socialising, but we also value our own space and respect each other’s privacy. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, are considerate of each other’s belongings, and enjoy staying active.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and happy to contribute to a positive household atmosphere 😊
