My current lodger is moving out in mid-June so would be looking to find someone to move in from then. Location is very close to the Lawrence Hill train station and the Lawrence Hill LIDL. About 20 minutes walk from Castle Park and 15 minutes from Temple Meads.

Rent does not include bills but split 50/50 that would come to about £68 each not including council tax. No TV license held at present.

Current occupant - 35 year old, into running and climbing & bouldering (TCA Mothership 2 minutes from home). Any questions - just ask!

Council tax band A (council tax included in rent for students or split 50/50 for professionals).

Still a month in advance so not in a rush, but would like to have someone lined up in advance, preferably someone with similar interests.
