The flat is 2 bedrooms with live in landlord and the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are all shared. The room is furnished but happy for you to add your own pieces.
The flat has its own secure entrance and is in a resident parking scheme so you would need to get a permit but easy parking always available.

The flat is in a very good location just off Chandos Road. Exactly between Gloucester Road and Whiteladies and only 5 minute walk to Redland Station.

I am a 27 year old young professional working for the NHS. I work full time but have fridays off. I enjoy a quieter evening during the week as I work long days but am up for spending time together on the weekend.
I feel its important to clarify that as a christian I wouldn't be comfortable with people you're romantically involved with, staying over night, but happy to have friends over.

I am happy to consider mon-fri.
