Light and spacious double bedroom with huge windows and your own sofa in a new build house, available in The Yard, St Werburghs (BS2). Part of a welcoming eco community - surrounded by allotments and next to a nature reserve.

I'm looking for a Monday–Friday lodger from Mid August for £650 a month - , but I’m also open to full-week lets, especially for short-term stays — dates are flexible for £750.

I work from home most of the time, so I’m looking for someone who works away during the day.

I’m friendly, warm, and down-to-earth, with interests in health, nutrition, nature, singing, dancing, and Qigong.

I’m usually not out late and try (often unsuccessfully!) to be in bed by 10 pm because of early morning starts. I like a peaceful home environment. So if you want a party house or late-night socialising, this won't be the right fit! It's more of a retreat space to recharge after a days work or life's challenges....

You’ll be sharing with me, my gorgeous friendly dog, and another lovely housemate.

I’d prefer to share with a woman since we share the upstairs bathroom (3 steps from the bedroom!). A second bathroom/shower downstairs means there is never an issue accessing the bathrooms.

• BRI - 25min walk or 10 min cycle from St Werburghs
•Southmead, UWE, City Centre 5/10 mins walk to 2/3 buses direct route to
• Cycling (10 mins), walking (25 mins) o City Centre
• Train: Ashley Down Station (5/min walk) provides rail access to Bristol Temple Meads, and up to Filton.
