Bright double room available in a friendly end-terrace house in Brislington sharing with me and my boyfriend.

The house has:

- Large lounge/diner opening onto garden
- Lovely kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and an amazing oven.
- Lovely garden for relaxing and BBQ’s.
- The house is well-connected with easy access to bus routes into the city centre, local shops, and green spaces.

Travel:

It is on the X39 and 43 bus route which will take you to both Bristol and Bath Bus Stations. It’s about a 15 min bus journey into Bristol, and 45 mins into Bath.

The area:

The house is a 7 min walk to big Tesco, and the walk is along a cute little river under the cover of trees.

It is very close to Lidl, and Brislington Retail Park (Matalan, TK Maxx, B&M, Halfords, PureGym, Home Bargains, Harveys, Dreams, Sports Direct, Subway). There is also a Starbucks nearby.

In the other direction there is a Go Outdoors and Dunelm, and a Hungry Horse pub called The Lodekka.

A little bit further away is big Sainsbury’s, and Avonmeads Retail Park (KFC, Starbucks, Popeyes, Boots, Showcase Cinema, Tenpin Bowling, Iceland, Farmfoods, Lidl, The Range, M&S Foodhall, The Gym Group, Costa, Greggs).

A bit about us… Hanan likes gaming, martial arts and the outdoors, and April (me) likes content creation, going to the gym, and gardening. We’re a laid back household and looking for someone who’s equally relaxed, friendly and social.
