The property is under ten minutes from UWE's Glenside Campus and is within close proximity to plenty of parks and greens including Kingswood Park, Barton Fields, Eastville Park and St Georges Park. Live in landlord: I’m a live in landlord, working professional age 39. I work as a Scientist for the University of Bristol. I will be on and off in the house working hybrid and spending a good portion of the year abroad. I am enjoying outdoor walks and sports. I also appreciate peace, quiet and discreteness so you will not need to worry about noise. This is not a party house, but you’d be welcome to invite friends over from time to time. I also like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am looking for someone with similar values, and someone who will help to look after the place. Currently 2 female and 2 male working professionals in the property (including the landlord).
