Room available in shared house in Hanham/Kingswood for academic year 2026/2027. Room available from September 2026. Room is available for one person only. Parking space is also available with this room.

We are a group of 3 girls studying healthcare degrees (midwifery and physio) looking for another student to fill our 4th room in a three storey end terrace. The terrace is on a relatively new development built in 2007 and has been freshly furnished.

The house (furnished) is located on the Kingswood/Hanham border with a good bus route to Glenside campus and easy journey to the city centre.

The room that is available is a good double.

Rent is £700 a month INCLUDING ALL BILLS. There is a shared living space and separate kitchen. The kitchen has a new fridge freezer, new washer, new hob and new oven and the units have been freshly painted. There is also a garden area and your own PARKING spot.

We are a sociable group who enjoy nights out but also love chilling in the house. If you are interested please send a message so we can discuss it further and arrange to meet.
