Hello! My partner and I are looking for someone to live with us in the large light attic room. The house is in the middle of Easton close to the cycle path and has been recently renovated so super modern and clean. There's a sunny little patio out the back and plenty of space to hang out in inside.
It would suit someone looking for a quiet, cosy, tidy space, who wants to treat the house as a home. We're both veggie and looking for someone that also doesn't eat meat in the house. Something to be aware of - access to the room is up a steep spiral staircase. Room comes with double bed (mattress new 1 year ago, on a low frame that was built in the room so can't really be changed), desk, wardrobe rail, bedside table. There's also a storage cupboard for suitcases etc.
We're both very chilled people who like to keep the house as a bit of a haven. We work freelance (Sean in music and film, Harriet as a PA) so have very flexible schedules and are both pretty outdoorsy and enjoy things like climbing, running, cycling. Also have an allotment you'd be welcome to join in with if that's your cup of tea!
Looking for someone from mid June onwards, long and short term considered. Rent is £700/month, bills come out to around £100/month. Household bits like toilet paper, cleaning stuff all included.
