There is a shared lounge area with TV/DVD, modern kitchen and large garden with a veg patch available for planting. The house is over 4 floors.

There is a bus stop (Number 36 & 5), 1min walk from the house, this bus takes about 15min to reach the city centre (Baldwin St). Temple Meads is a 25min walk away.

There are local shops nearby and Sandy Park Road is a 15min walk away. Co-Op is about a 10min walk and Sainsburys about a 25 walk away. The area is quiet, safe and parking is available on the street outside.
