Small double room available in lovely house share with three great flatmates. Very close to a big Tesco and a short walk to Gloucester Road. The house itself is huge, we have lots of space. A great big garden. The kitchen and living room are extremely spacious. New gas cooker was installed last year. Bills work out at around £180 all in. Gas and electricity, council tax, wi-fi and water.

Sadly, I'm moving out after a happy 3 years here and need someone to take over my room. Ideally we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and used to living in shared accommodation. Someone who isn't looking for a party house as sadly we are a bit past it. Not to say we don't have an occasional drink or BBQ.

New housemate will need to pass credit check and provide references. DPS scheme is in place. Also the room itself is currently being repainted. Looking to start viewings sooner rather than later, please get in touch if you have any questions as I've probably missed something glaringly obvious.
