I am arranging viewings now, available to the right housemate. I am not a landlord; this is my home and I have a spare room, so I'm looking for a lodger. The room is available to a friendly housemate who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of other people. I am looking for someone who has a complimentary personality and might be enjoyable to live with. Happy to negotiate terms with someone who is a good fit socially and would enjoy living here.

Our house is a large space for central Bristol with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, kitchen (with induction hobs, washing machine, and dish washer), living room, lovely garden, and secure underground parking (by arrangement). Lots of space and plants, paintings, and wooden furnishings. The house is on a pedestrianised street and is safe enough for children to play out on their own.

I'm currently exploring being more creative, and value inspirational things like good music, art, and books. I have a studio but sometimes also draw, paint, or sculpt at home too. I'm sociable, friendly, and considerate. I like games and brain teasers. Trying to read a bit more so don't watch much tv. I mostly work from home, but out of the house on Wednesdays.

Paintworks is right next to the gorgeous Arnos Vale, the Avon river, Spark Evans park, and walking distance to Temple Meads. There's a dedicated cycle path along the river straight into the city centre (10 minutes by bike), and a bus stop on the road directly outside Paintworks. There's a big Sainsbury's on the corner and Avonmead retail park over the bridge.
