Hi, I am currently living with a couple who are moving out to save money. I am looking for a housemate any time from August 2026. It’s a 3 bed house and it will be myself and a male living there at the moment. I have a three year old springer spaniel who’s very well behaved. I work as a full time paramedic so shifts can be a bit all over the place.

I’m tidy, love socialising but also very much enjoy my own space and respect others. I’m keen on exercising, getting outdoors plenty with George and trips to pub, live music etc.

I apologise the pictures don’t do the room any justice as the couple never bought a bed frame and was never properly lived in. The carpets and walls are all fresh since we moved in Feb. It is unfurnished but some furniture in the room can be kept so it’s really a case of sourcing a mattress and frame.

£517 not including bills. As the 3rd room is so small it is likely myself and whoever occupies the double rooms will pay a fraction just to make it fair but we have not discussed how much yet.
