We have one room available during term time from mid October.
We have two rooms which we rent out and the other one is taken by a guy in his first year at Bristol Uni studying electrical engineering.

The bedrooms are in a converted loft where there is also a modern shower room which is for both lodgers use. The kitchen is for everyone and lodgers have their own fridge and cupboard space. Bills are included as part of the rent, there is broadband and we do have a T. V licence. There is a washing machine for everyone's use however we don't have a tumble dryer so clothes will either need to be dried outside on the line, upstairs in the bathroom or bedroom or at the launderette.

Our house is a 1930's semi detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac which has free on street parking. We're equi-distant between the Gloucester Road where there are plenty of cafes, second hand shops and small businesses and Waitrose and the library up on Henleaze Road.

We are a Christian family with 1 child still living at home aged 16, plus we have 2 friendly tabby cats. It tends to be quite calm and peaceful a lot of the time but we do often have people over to eat.

My husband is a Transport Planner based down in Temple Quay and I work three days a week as a primary school teacher. We try to cycle as much as possible and there's room to house a bike if you have one.

As a family we go camping for either weekend trips or the main family holiday.

The room has a single bed and is approx 3.3m square and is available from 18th October. (see video)

The rent would be £600pcm or £150 per week per room. If part weeks are stayed, rent would be worked out on a pro-rata basis.

The rooms are either available as a short or long term let.

The room would need to be emptied during the holidays as our other children will return home and will need the room.( We do have storage space for you to keep things in when you're not here). No rent would be charged for those weeks.
