I have a bright double ensuite bedroom to let in my 3 bed home in south Bristol with parking. The room will be available up to 8 September, then again from November for up to a year.

It's a quiet, modern and well appointed house with parking, a short drive to Bristol airport and with excellent bus and cycling links into the city, as well as the countryside. There is space to store a bike should you need.

The rent would be £1050/month with all bills are included, including council tax.

The room and ensuite are fully furnished, with bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe and a desk in the bedroom, and towel rails in the ensuite. Bedding and towels will also be available unless you would like to bring your own.

There are plenty of local shops nearby including Morrison's, Aldi and M&S food, as well as Hengrove Leisure Centre and the open green space at Whitchurch Airfield.

I split my time between here and another property and so much of the time you would have the house to yourself. When not at home you you would be welcome to use my home office which has an electric standing desk.

When I'm home you would also be sharing the house with my beautiful English Setter puppy.

You will have full access to the kitchen, living room and garden at all times, including use of the washing machine, dishwasher and an air fryer as well as the oven and hob. All cutlery and crockery etc. are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

When I'm at home I'm often out and about outside of work hours and would be happy to socialise at home as much or little as you feel comfortable.
