I'm Will, a live-in landlord working as an Engineer in Bristol. The top floor double room (largest in the house) has become available in my house in Lawrence Hill. 5min cycle to Temple Meads, 5min walk to Church Road / Lawrence Hill Train Station and 15sec walk to TCA indoor bouldering. Room is £750/month (incl. all bills). For a couple the price would be a bit more set £950/ month. The room is mostly furnished (can furnish more or remove furniture if required) and blackout thermal blinds. There's a top floor shared bathroom with super hot shower bathroom and a second shower & toilet on the ground floor. The house has fast M500 Internet, secure bike shed storage, driveway and ample free street parking.
