We are renting our spare double room in our family home from Sept. It’s a quiet room at the back of the house - away from our bedrooms so a degree of privacy but we will have to share a bathroom! (there is another toilet downstairs)

. If you prefer the idea of sharing with a family (we have two kids 12 and 15 and a dog) to living in a party house then this could be a lovely peaceful place for you while you are studying or working.

We have a big kitchen and a big lounge and a medium sized garden that gets sun all day (when it's sunny!). We sometimes work from home and the kids are home from school from 4pm.

There is only one bathroom with a bath and shower so we need to be aware of this.

Our dog is friendly but she does bark very loudly when she hears the door so if you are afraid of / don’t like dogs it’s probably not for you.

We'd love to meet people in the first week of Sept to get so please get in touch to chat and see if you might be a good fit for us!
