Hi, I’m Leah and I am looking for someone to move in from September/October/November - flexible on the dates, and open to long term, short term and Monday - Friday lets. The flat is in Filton, just off of Gloucester Road, bs7 0td. It’s a 2 bed garden flat with parking and a minutes walk to the bus stop. There is also a bike shed and an e-scooter/e-bike stop also a minutes walk from the flat.
The room is a small room however it is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe with drawers and shelves, and a small desk and chair (the desk and chair can be removed and would be space for a set of drawers). I like to keep the place clean and tidy and enjoy growing veg and flowers in the garden. I am also looking to get a kitten in the near future, so must be cool with cats.

I am sociable but like my down time chilling out watching tv on some evenings but equally enjoy going out socialising with friends, games, pub quizzes, crafts, cooking together etc. I often go away in my van and enjoy outdoor activities, camping, hiking, swimming, surfing, skiing, climbing. I am looking for someone who has similar interests and would want to become a friend as well as a house mate. I am preferably looking for a female to join me to maintain a female positive space however I’m open to males if the vibes right haha. I am a nurse working shifts so you would often have the flat to yourself whilst I’m on night shifts or long days.
