Double room available for lodger in my house in St Pauls, BS2. ~10mins walk to Cabot Circus/Stokes croft.
One room available late June.
£650 per month without bills (at the moment these are about £140 inc council tax band A).
Room is furnished with double bed, desk and wardrobe. House has a garden, kitchen, living room, one main bathroom and a secondary toilet.

Would be sharing with me and one other housemate, plus a very fluffy and vocal cat! Into films and tv, like travelling, reading, food (vegetarian), I'm a night owl and like socialising but am not wanting a party house. Looking for people of a similar age who are up for movie nights, board games, hanging out etc.! Being a fan of the cat is also a must.

No couples please. No parking space. No smoking inside the house. One months rent upfront and deposit required. Must be available for in-person viewings.
