Spacious double room available from the beginning of September in a warm, character-filled 3-bed Victorian house in St George, owned by me and my partner. We're both sociable and easygoing, and we're really looking for someone we click with as much as ticking the practical boxes; ideally a working professional who's tidy, settled - we both work for the NHS so need someone who can respect our busy working schedules.

The room:
- Furnished with bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, and desk.

The house:
- Large dining room, great for cooking and eating together (or keeping to yourself, up to you)
- Big garden with garden furniture
- Access to our allotment in the area behind the garden, if you fancy helping out and growing some of your own veg.

Cat lovers a must :) We have two friendly cats so are looking for someone who would be happy to feed them occasionally if we're away, and ideally someone who'd see having cats about the house as a perk rather than a compromise!

- Working professional with a fairly settled routine
- Looking for 3-4 months minimum, open to longer for the right person.
