I have 1 large double bedroom, and a small double bedroom with bed, wardrobe, this is a short term let for a maximum 3 months. with a large garden area and log cabin at the rear with bar, gym and office set up. Property is based in St George and 5 mins walk to the beautiful troopers Hill. It is a lovely 1930s house with lovely neighbours on a quiet street. Locally there is Sainsbury's, spar shop, local pubs, bus routes and takeaways.
Currently there are 2 of us in the house.
You will have use of all the house. The garden. Kitchen dining room and lounge.
The property has 1 4 piece bathroom suite and Is offered part furnished
Cleanliness in the house is essential.
No shoes upstairs. Clean the bathroom and kitchen once you have used it.
If your a clean freak then perfect.
I am a professional. Work hard.
Looking for bubbly friendly housemates who will integrate in a lovely home with great neighbours.
I have 1 english springer spaniels so you must be a dog lover.
