Unfurnished, refurbished 3/4 bed house in quiet street in St George with a garden. Only sharing with 1 other person. Flexible lowkey tenancy as I’m also slowly moving in in September for a 6 month stay. Can turn into secure contact from Feb 27
As it’s fully empty apart from white goods, would need someone happy to furnish their own room and help with rest of the house as I won’t have much time to do more than the basics for now!
Currently finishing my re-training in NHS so will be doing a lot of shift work in this final stretch!
