Hiya, one of our flat mates just dropped out unexpectedly and we urgently need somebody to fill their place in the tenancy. (Photos attached are from when we viewed the property.)

Rent: £159 a week, all bills included.

Starting: Tuesday 1st September

Were a friendly & clean trio of 3rd Year Animation students going to UWE, and whether you're attending the same University is no issue. The bedrooms are spacious as well as having a garden and parking. For the most part we keep to ourselves, and any gender is welcome to join. I promise we're a lovely bunch. :)
