Lovely shared house in South Bristol (Headley Park/Bedminster Down) with 1 comfortable double room that meet low budget needs ideal for short term contract workers, students and temporary stays.

House comes with a smart and tidy shared living-dining space, bathroom, large garden and drive way parking, check out the pics! Good location is 15 minutes drive from the city centre with good bus links (76 and M bus stops) 5 minutes walk from the house for all your work, study, commuting and travel needs, also situated on the bus route for Bristol airport.

Myself, I'm laid back and generally spend my time working, playing squash, or spending time with friends. I enjoy cooking and hanging out, or happy if you want your own space. I also have two very cute cats called 'Baba' and 'Ziki' for anyone allergic or doesn't like cats/pets. You will also be sharing with Louisa, traveller writer from Hong Kong.

I've marked a minimum 6 months but happy with short term lets around 3 months. All bills are included with broadband, this is a bargain!
