I'm offering one furnished double room for rent in modern, well kept apartment with me - a friendly, professional guy :)

Great central location in ‘The Zone’ development at St Phillips/Temple Quay. It’s a 10min walk to Cabot Circus and 7mins to Temple Meads train station.

It's a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with modern stylish furniture and a private sunny balcony.

The room comes with a double storage bed and mattress with memory foam topper. There is also a wardrobe, desk and 43" TV wall mounted. You’d be welcome to add your own touches to make the room your own for longer term stays.

I have an en-suite so you'll mostly have sole use of the main bathroom.

Working from home? There is a desk in the bedroom too. I sometimes WFH, but generally you'd have space during the day.

The apartment has 1Gb Fibre broadband and a 90” cinema screen with Apple TV and surround sound.

In the kitchen there is: a dishwasher; washer/dryer; fridge-freezer; double oven with ceramic hob; microwave; kettle; toaster; Ninja Airfryer: and a Nespresso machine. Pots, pans, utensils etc all there to be used.

There is also air conditioning in the living/kitchen area.

The building facilities include: 24hr residents gym; permit parking; secure cycle store; communal roof terrace & landscaped gardens; and outdoor table tennis.

Note: due to ongoing exterior building work the rent is reduced from £950/month to £800/month. There is scaffolding on the outside of the building currently, but noise is minimal.

Price includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.

Ideally I'd like a professional, friendly flat mate who is sociable, fairly chilled, tidy, and shares some common interests. Socially I prefer a few drinks in the pub than to go out clubbing. Big foodie, love eating out, cinema, gigs, theatre are all good too.

Age preference 25+. No couples please.
Must be cool living with a gay guy.
