Comfortable Double Room in Lovely Bishopston Home. Weekdays or weekends.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and friendly non-smoking woman aged 30+ who needs a comfortable room in Bristol on a part-time basis – perhaps for work, study or regular stays in the city.

The room is in a spacious detached Victorian house in Bishopston, on a quiet tree-lined street just off Gloucester Road. It would suit someone looking for a pleasant, relaxed and convenient part time home-from-home.
You would be sharing with another housemate and a live-in landlord. We are friendly and sociable, but there is no expectation to join in with household activities or shared meals unless you wish. We appreciate someone who is considerate of the home and happy to have an occasional chat, whilst otherwise coming and going independently.

Good connections to Bristol University, UWE, both hospitals and other large employers. Excellent access from outside Bristol too. A short drive to the M32 connecting to the national motorway network. Unrestricted on-street parking outside. Also nearby local train and frequent bus link to Bristol train stations.
