Hello, my name is Julia, I am in search of a new flatmate.

The flat is well equipped and very clean.
The spare room has new bedlinen and was newly decorated a couple of months ago.

New fitted carpets throughout the flat were laid 2 months ago.

There is a separate office space with a desk and a swivel chair which my flatmate can use.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a washing line outside.

I take full responsibility of the cleaning of the flat.

I have an outside space, a decking area which catches the afternoon sunshine and a shed for a bicycle storage.

An off street allocated parking space is available at the rear of the property.
A bus stop is just 5 minutes away with buses going directly to the city centre. The BRI is a 20 minute journey by bus and approximately a 25 minute walk downhill.

A local Tesco is just around the corner and a large Sainsbury’s within CliftonDown shopping centre is a short walk down Whiteladies Road.

Durham Downs is a 10 minutes away. Clifton Village is a 20 minute walk away.
