We are looking for a friendly, easy going housemate to join our household.
The are 2 rooms on the top floor of a 3 storey townhouse with a bathroom. Both rooms are available. The large double room comes furnished with a very large wardrobe, desk, drawers, double bed and side table. The view from the room is spectacular being able to see the Suspension Bridge and other Bristol sites. There is also a smaller double room for £600.
All bills are included as well as any communal items such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc.
As a household we are all very easy going and vary in age.
We are considerate of each other, keeping communal areas tidy and noise to a reasonable level.
We would love to hear from you if you think this would suit you.
Couples are welcome if you are interested in renting both rooms on the top floor for £1200 including all bills.
