Hello!

I'm looking for a lodger to share my flat with from June 13th (move in dates flexible). I'll be away for most of the first month so you'll have the flat to yourself!

It's a nice and cosy double bedroom and comes fully furnished, and the flat is in a great location close to the centre and Gloucester Road.

The place is recently renovated and has a large living room with high ceiling and 2 bedrooms at the back with large windows and plenty of daylight.

It is £600 per month for the available bedroom, and bills come to around £80 a month (excluding council tax).
Deposit is one month's rent.

A bit about myself. I'm an architect, have lived in Bristol for many years, but have also travelled quite a bit recently and just coming back from 2 years in Colombia. I speak English and Spanish. I'm passionate about art, design and nature. I like to socialise but I also very much like my alone time and def not the party type, and looking for someone who equally likes a quiet, chill tidy home to live in.
