Hello! I’m a young female professional who is rarely home and so I’m looking to rent a room 2 rooms out in my lovely property. It’s likely that the lodgers will have the whole house to yourself 5 days a week or so as I’m away for work a lot! As I am rarely there, I have recently cancelled my wifi and tv licence, but happy to rethink this if someone needs it. The price is slightly higher as you will pretty much be renting a full 3 bed most of the time in a beautiful and quiet village with lovely neighbours. If a company is paying, all the better! I think it would be perfect for a professional who is spending some time near Cardiff - it’s close to Barry Island and Cardiff town with some great walks.
