You would be living with one professional that works at the hospital, aged 26. It would suit a quiet or mature student or you would also be a professional yourself. Ideally someone who can be respectful, as the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with lovely neighbours. This wouldn't suit someone going out drinking a lot, coming home drunk/late at night/loud.

The house is fully equipped so it would also be suitable for Erasmus/international students. It includes: fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Located walking distance to Broomfield Hospital. It is a short bus ride to Chelmsford train station/town centre/Anglia Ruskin University, or a 15 minute cycle ride.

Renting out one room in my 3 bed house. The third room (box room) is currently vacant and I may consider renting this out too.
