I am renting out a double bedroom in my two bedroom flat in the city centre, 5 min walk from train station (10min away from Warwick and Coventry university by bus). I work live abroad so I stay in the property a few days every 2/3 month, and the house is a new build (4 years old) on a quiet cul-de-sac.
