I’m looking for a working female housemate to share my modern, well-maintained 3-bedroom home in a quiet location with excellent access to the A66 and A1.

I work 7 days a week and also travel regularly, usually every 3 months, so you’ll actually see very little of me and will have plenty of space and privacy to enjoy the house.
