A good way to start your Dumfries stay by living with a local. I’m flexible if you want to use my place until you find somewhere more suited. We also accept permanent lodgers.

The Hardthorn area is a 4 min drive from town centre by car, 6 min to DGRI and 14 min to the college. A Tesco and Aldi are nearby/walkable. Ample driveway space for everyone.

It’s a quiet place as the lodgers mainly stay at the house for work. We (live-in-landlord couple Tanya and Jak) are away a lot but live in the property so have carefully chosen nice folk to live with. The house is very spacious so we all have plenty room.

This room is downstairs in the extension so it's more private than the other rooms. All bills included. There are 1.5 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, garden and outhouse.
