Huge bed-sitting rooms, for single or couple/2 friends, and one smaller double room with ensuite, just off High Street with private parking & small garden. All bills included. Rooms have bedroom furniture & plenty storage space, also sofa, desk and chair and own wash hand basin. House has 2 well-equipped shared kitchens, washing machines and dryers and a big sitting room, It's a large house on 4 floors so there is plenty of space. TV aerial points in bed rooms.
If required, we can add a single bed and there's still space for the existing furniture.
The top room has a fantastic view over the River Nith and parkland.
3 shower/ bathroom / toilets are shared between just 6 rooms and everyone has their own basin for cleaning teeth, shaving etc so no bathroom queues. There's just one other (clean female) on the top floor and a shower room/toilet.
Wifi is a fast business contract with 4G backup so very reliable.
The house is well-maintained, clean, warm, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above).
24 hour emergency management service.
The current tenants are friendly and considerate professionals and 2 sensible students.
House has a friendly atmosphere but is not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit for an evening from a peaceful friend would be fine.
