The is a Female ONLY 2 person flat. If you are not female you are free to enquire, but preference for personal safety is to have a female flatmate. It is not suitable for a couple, and pets are unlikely. This is a well kept and tidy fully furnished flat. You leave the kitchen, utility and lounge as you find it and don’t leave a mess- spillages, dirty dishes, spillages, etc.

The West End area is popular and well serviced with buses and shops. It is also highly desirable for students as it is 10 minutes walk to the University of Dundee, but also great for those working there or at Ninewells. The Perth Road is 2 minutes away as is the nearest Supermarket (Sainsbury’s).

Rent around £950-£1,000/month (I currently pay half of the rent and it is £487.50), Deposit £same. Not sure if the Landlord will increase the rent as new flatmate moves in, which is why I mention it here. There are 2 tenants for 2 bedrooms so should be around £475-£500/month, even if it is increased.
Both bedrooms are large with great built-in/walk in wardrobes and private en-suites, neutral modern decor, great spacious modern bathroom, large kitchen with separate laundry utility room, huge lounge with dining area and large screen TV.

I am relocating for a new job to a new city which is the not reason I’m moving out. I haven’t been given my start date yet, but have been told it will be in October. As soon as I know my date I will advise.

The remaining flatmate is late 20s/early 30s age, female and from Nigeria. She is a full time professional scientist at Ninewells Hospital and is happy to share with other working professionals or mature students.

Bills- WiFi is £27/month shared, so £13.50 each.
Gas Winter £50-60/month shared and Summer £25-£30/month shared.
Electricity £45-55/month shared.
