A little about me...

I'm a 34-year-old professional who works a hybrid role, so I'm home quite a bit during the week. Outside of work I enjoy hill walking, yoga, reading and spending time with friends. I'm friendly and sociable, but after a busy workday I also appreciate a quiet evening and my own space. It's important to me that home feels relaxed, comfortable and easy to live in.

Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for a female housemate (ideally aged 20–50) who is a working professional and is clean, respectful and friendly. Someone who enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal, but also values their own independence and downtime, would be a great fit.

Location
Please note that public transport links from Liff are limited, so having a car is highly recommended. Only a 10-minute drive to Ninewells Hospital, and a 15-minute drive to Dundee City Centre. Plenty of available parking by the house and 2x designated parking spaces

£400 per month, excluding bills.
