The flat is a small cozy place located at the top of Hilltown in Dundee, it is a short 20-30 minute walk down to Abertay and Dundee university, with public transport options just outside the main door, perfect for students. I previously lived there whilst I was studying at Abertay but have now since graduated. There is another tenant in the flat who has 2 cats so if you aren not a cat lover or have allergies then this is not for you unfortunately. The wifi is included however tenants would have to look at arranging their own electricity provider. The flat operates on electric only, no gas.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen however no shared living room, each tenant would have their own keys to their rooms for security and privacy.
