We are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate to join our shared flat in Sciennes, right next to the Meadows! The flat is located on the first (not ground) floor, has a washing machine, fridge, freezer, shower, spacious kitchen, and the double bedroom is fully furnished. The flat has separate rooms for the toilet and shower. Has a communal garden space as well as a bicycle space in the ground-floor entrance space.

Rent is £566 per month, bills not included. Bills are around £40 per month per person on average.

Both current tenants are students, and we're looking for someone friendly, clean, communicative, though relatively quiet. We don't mind if you invite friends over, but no loud house parties, as this space isn't really suitable for large gatherings. The flat is located next to the Meadows with a quick access to the UoE Main Library, as well as a few bus stops to/out of the city centre.
