Hi There
Thank you for viewing my advert.
An opportunity has arisen to share my home with someone who currently owns a home or has had previous responsibility for looking after a property .... an individual who will treat this home with the care and respect it deserves.
The property is light, spacious and has a lovely calm vibe. It's situated only 1.7 miles from the West End of Princes Street and 7.5 miles from Edinburgh International Airport.
This would suit a professional individual who works in the city Mon - Fri and would prefer to stay somewhere homely rather than a hotel at £££s, alternatively, for work or for someone looking to relocate to this area
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME & MY REQUEST:
I am a professional with a happy persona. I respect boundaries and am comfortable in my own space or chatting away / sharing food & hobbies etc with my roomie.
If you'd like to be considered for the room and to prevent wasting both our time, please may I ask you to let me know some basics about yourself i. e....
1) Why you need a room / how many days a week
2) Your profession and work schedule
3) Your relationship status
4) Your hobbies
5) If you cook, if so, what kind of food you make
6) What date you are looking to secure a room / move in by
7) How many months you're looking for
PLEASE NOTE THAT EMPTY RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED..

REFERENCES & THE RIGHT TO LIVE & WORK IN THE UK WILL BE SOUGHT.
GENUINE FEEDBACK FROM ROOMIES:
It's all about getting the right roomie and vice versa, therefore, I believe in transparency on both sides.
For this reason, I encourage potential roomies to speak to past roomies in order to gain a true reflection of the apartment and what it's like to a) live with me and b) live in this environment..
Process:
1) Initial telephone conversation / facetime.
2) Follow up face to face appointment and physical viewing of the apartment for potential roomies.
I think I've covered everything I can think of, however, if you need any additional information, please let me know.
All Good Wishes
