Hi folks,

double room + ensuite shower available 16th July in cosy leith flat

Right by the Shore area of Leith with loads of lovely bars and cafes/brunch places 2 mins away. Close to supermarket and shops. 20mins to princes St by bus or 15mins to cycle. Close to Leith walk. Leith is a great home within the city with lots of independent places and a sense of community. Right next to the river if you like a bit of city nature. There are also loads of cycle paths that link all over the city although there is not currently indoor bike storage.

It is definitely not a party flat. Need someone who is laid back but will do their fair share to keep things clean.

A little about me:

I currently work full time in a gym and take on extra freelance work so I’m quite busy in general. I’m happy to have hangouts and things from time to time in the flat. I’m very sporty and I love cycling/camping/ climbing and outdoorsy things in general.
