Currently looking for a new flat mate to move in on 1st of December as my current flat mate Ed is moving to London. Flat is located in Roseburn, just along from Murrayfield with easy tram/bus/train links close. Two bed, two bath - double room available with personal bathroom. Preferably looking for a student for council tax purposes.

A bit about myself:
I am currently a postgraduate physiotherapy student at Napier and am working as a gym instructor alongside uni. In my spare time I like to get out hiking/camping, play a bit of footy/padel through the week and generally hang out with mates when off work/uni.
