Last minute have decided to rent out my spare room in Leith, Edinburgh for the festival season/ August.

The flat: 2-bedroom cosy, tidy second floor flat in Leith, spacious living room/ kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, internal bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. Great bus and tram links into town, 30 mins to city centre.

About me: work in nature conservation, love being outdoors, but similarly need a fair amount of chill cosy time in the flat. LGBT+ friendly. Flat comes with a wee rescue dog, so dog lovers a must.
