Double room available in a six bed flat.
We've got one double room becoming available in our six bed flat. We're a mixed bunch of students and professionals aged 25-39.
We enjoy socialising, the occasional parties and some of us are smokers but kept to our private spaces. We recycle, clean with a rota system and have two bathrooms and two showers. Unfortunately we don't have a living room but we've got a beautiful kitchen and huge shared garden.
We are already 3 women and 2 men so would prefer to find a guy for balance but it's not essential.

The landlord registration number is 08239/230/20240. Private landlord.
Room available anytime from Monday 6th of July to be rented out by August 1st at the latest. It's a joint tenancy. The room comes fully furnished, pics don't do it justice.
£605 for the room. Deposit £600.
Council tax £40.75, internet £6.66, Gas and electricity is £20-40pm depending on the season. Per Person.
You'd be required to pay council tax.
