Small but cozy room with views of Arthur's Seat and the sea!

I'm moving to Glasgow for my masters this summer and am looking for someone to replace me in the tenancy. The flat is on the top floor of a tenement along Dalkeith Rd, with good bus connections and an easy walk into the city centre. The room is very small (!) but the views are great and it keeps warm during the colder months. We've got a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and plenty of storage space. Bills usually come out to around £60 and we're in council tax band E. You'd be moving in with Mak and Tim, both of whom are very friendly but equally like to keep to themselves.
