We are a guest house in the Newington area of Edinburgh near Pollock Halls, Kings Buildings, Edinburgh University, Royal Commonwealth Pool and Arthur's Seat. We are on a main bus route into the city centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
All rooms have private shower/toilet. There is a shared kitchen. Rent includes all bills. A laundry service is extra. There is no living room.
Although I am staying at the property, my accommodation is separate, so you have your privacy.
