I am looking for someone who is looking to rent a double bedroom available from the 17th August onwards. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished apartment is located within a 15 minute bus ride to Princess Street, 15 minute walk to grocery stores (Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi), and a minute walk away from the Murrayfield Stadium Tram station. Additionally, it comes with a parking space and permit should you drive.

Rent is £850 pcm including all bills. You would be living with myself, and have:

I am a recent graduate who works full time as an Engineer. I am quite sporty, upbeat, and extroverted who love spending time with people, whether that’s going to explore places or having nights in. I do however respect that people need their space, and being a busy person will mean there will be a good balance of that.
